People refer to living a 'healthy lifestyle' as for how you should live if you want to get the healthiest body you can; one that both looks good and feels good.

including proper diet and exercise, stress reduction and consistent sleep patterns.

Good health isn’t just about healthy eating and exercise — it’s also about having a positive attitude, a positive self-image, and a healthy lifestyle.
Also, a healthy individual doesn't smoke, works to sustain a healthy weight, eats healthy foods with plenty of fruits, vegetables, fiber and, exercises consistently. Then there are other elements to add to the list. A healthy person also knows how to manage stress, gets good quality sleep each night, doesn't drink too much, doesn't sit too much—does everything in moderation all the time.
When you look at everything that could go into a healthy lifestyle, you can see just how hard all of those things are in our current world.
Eat Your Fruits and Veggies
Consuming less than three servings of fruits and vegetables a day deter a persons health.
Nutritional powerhouses filled with fiber and vitamins, fruits and veggies can lower an individuals risk of heart disease by 76% and may even play a role in decreasing their risk of breast cancer.
Control Cravings

While this is a very hard one, think of it as though you are skipping out on sugary and processed foods. Nourishing your body with sweet and healthier treats is the best way to go.
You can make a healthier version of any of your craving, whether it’s your go-to ice cream or candy bar.

For one thing, it does not have the health concerns that red meat does, and so we often hear it suggested as a replacement.
Cut Down on Processed Food
Your diet should consist of lean meats like chicken and ground turkey and grains.
Ditch processed foods altogether, and you’ll be better off. The majority of unhealthy, highly-processed foods are found in boxes in the supermarket.

And yes I know, the packaged stuff is delicious but it’s also some of the worst options for your body.
Instead of eating products packed with additives, preservatives, and sugar, cling to the produce section as much as you can so your food doesn’t keep weighing you down, both physically and mentally.
Love Yourself
This is one of the most important ways to live a healthy life. Learn to love your body and who you have become. You are beautiful in your own right and should feel comfortable being yourself.
Be yourself and be happy that you are who you are! If you are unhappy with the person, you have become and cannot feel comfortable with yourself, work on changing the things you think you can improve on.
Exercise Daily
Daily exercise may be the closest thing we have to a fountain of youth.

The truth is simple, exercise on a daily basis is one of the best ways to promote a healthy lifestyle in general. The health-related benefits are huge, as is the step someone is taking towards self-improvement.

Everyone knows that physical activity relieves both physical and mental stress. Go on a hike. Take a swim. Ride a bike.
Keep Good Company
Whether this may be your friend, family, significant other… Doesn’t matter really.
What matters is that you go and spend as much time as you can with them.
Another important thing to point out is that you should cut off the people who are bringing you down.
You become what you allow into your life. Stay positive, and you’ll see things turn around for the better.

No more staying up late and only getting a handful of hours of sleep. Your time in dreamland is what resets your body for the next day—and when you don’t have a proper amount of time to rest, you’ll feel it.
Life is beautiful, and you don’t want to bog yourself down with unnecessary health problems.
