Alternatively, you can just wander over to your kitchen pantry and with only a few natural ingredients. Plus, if you use ingredients that you find in your own kitchen, like baking soda, lemon juice, and sea salt, you’ll know you are keeping your skin healthy.

Banana Body Scrub
Ingredients:

1 banana
-
1 tbsp brown sugar
-
¼ teaspoon vanilla, optional

Directions:
Mix ingredients to combine but avoid mixing too much, as it will thin out the recipe. Apply in the shower and allow to sit about a minute, then gently massage over skin in circular motions. Rinse.

Oatmeal and Brown Sugar Body Scrub
Ingredients:

¼ cup olive oil
-
½ cup brown sugar
-
½ cup ground oatmeal or coffee grounds (the coffee is more invigorating—choose oatmeal for sensitive skin)

any essential oil, optional

Directions:
Combine ingredients and store the mixture in a dry place for up to 4 weeks. To use, wet skin first, and then apply in circular motions, gently exfoliating. Rinse. If you have extra sensitive skin, just leave out the sugar.

Chocolate Sugar Body Scrub
Ingredients:

1/4 cup brown sugar
-
1/8 cup olive oil
-
1 tbsp cocoa powder
-
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Lather generously onto clean body, rubbing gently into the skin for 60 seconds. Allow the scrub to set on the skin for 10 minutes, then rinse clean with warm water.
