Avocado Toast

Making avocado toast is not rocket science.

For the toast, I use a hearty whole wheat bread with lots of seeds. My favorite and go-to bread is Dave’s Killer 21 Grain Bread. All I do is toast the bread, apply avocado and sprinkle on some salt and pepper. Feel free to add tomatoes and an egg on top!

Yogurt Breakfast Parfait With Blueberries & Granola

In a small glass or bowl, scoop some of the blueberries and juices into the bottom.

Layer with the Greek yogurt, granola, agave nectar, and more blueberries.

First, start by scrambling eggs. Once the eggs are cooked place them on top of a tortilla in a heated skillet. You can add your choice of healthy toppings such as green peppers, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Don’t forget to place the top tortilla shell and flip!  Heat for 2-3 minutes on both sides, or until the shell is slightly golden and cheese is melted.
