Top 100+ Workout Playlist

It’s so important to have a motivating playlist to help you through a workout.
I went right to the source for finding a perfect work out playlist: the streaming music service Spotify. I rely on Spotify for all of my music listenings, it does have every song you could ever want!
I’ve made a rather solid list. It’s filled with high-energy hip-hop and pop, which is pretty much what you’d expect to see.
Unfortunately, curating the perfect playlist to keep your energy up for the full 45 minutes to an hour of your typical workout can be trying.
Therefore here’s an upgrade your playlist for fresh new tunes that'll keep you working out longer and harder.
Cardio
Love it or hate it, cardio helps you stay fit and healthy.
Whether you relish a heart-pumping run to help ‘clear your head’ or curse every sweat-drenched moment of spinning class, you can’t avoid cardio if you want the benefits of a well-rounded fitness program.
Here is a well-rounded playlist for all of your cardio workouts.
HIIT-Hop
Most popularly knows as hip-hop music, or rap music.
Personally, this kind of music is not my cup of tea when I workout.
However I know many people do find motivation from the fast beats and rhyming lyrics.

Hype music is essential for getting a pre workout started.

A blast from the past! I love listening to old songs from my childhood.
Doing so helps me stay focused on the fun memories and moments than the grueling workout I’m doing.
There’s nothing like a good throwback playlist.
Cool Down
Here is a playlist that is more relaxed than your typical workout playlist.

These are some songs that are slower than the others and will help you when cooling down and during stretches.
Workouts can be a real drag. But once you’ve completed a workout, there is a feeling of accomplishment like no other. Spotify has tons of workout playlists and I hope you enjoy at least one of them!
