Healthy Fast Food Options

First, I must say that I try to stay away from fast food all together.

 

Reality is, we all have busy schedules and sometimes we don’t feel like cooking some nights. Getting fast food every once in a while isn’t bad! There are plenty of healthy options that are offered.

 

Most fast food chains now understand that there are those trying to eat healthier and have provided healthier options on the menu. You’ve probably noticed that more restaurants and fast food chains are beginning to include their nutritional information on their menus.

 

It’s really tough making healthy choices on the go, but in an attempt to make it a little easier, I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite healthy fast food options.

Chick-fil-A

12 COUNT GRILLED NUGGETS – 200 CALORIES

GRILLED MARKET SALAD – 200 CALORIES

Wendys

ASIAN CASHEW CHICKEN SALAD HALF-SIZE – 230 CALORIES

LARGE RICH AND MEATY CHILI – 250 CALORIES

BBQ RANCH CHICKEN SALAD HALF-SIZE – 300 CALORIES
